On a bright Saturday morning, the teachers of Childlink Learning Center drove up to the breathtaking Mountain View Nature’s Park to have their half day Wellness Training. It was a perfect place and a perfect time to be renewed in mind, body, heart and spirit as the new school year is about to start.
Here are some of the photos as well as what some of them have to say about the Wellness seminar.
The theme for the team building: Wellness in a Team! The goal: to revitalize team spirit with inner balance. The focus: Conquering Obstacles!
Alta Cebu provided a wonderful venue for this young and dynamic group with Trainer and Life Coach Daisy Ba-ad being responsible for the well thought out and invigorating exercises. The overnight stay did wonders for the team as each individual conquered their own inner battles during the team activities, bonded with each other and yet found time for solitude as well. The Business Incubators is composed of young professionals headed by Tony Hilado, a real estate investor, business-franchise-investment-insurance consultant. These entrepreneurs are engaged in marketing, internet marketing, real estate, organizing events, business & franchising among others. They took a time off from their busy schedules for their very own Wellness Training & Workshop.

July 3, 2010, The senior teachers of Brightwoods School in Pampanga, Angeles City greeted us warmly during our Wellness Workshop for Educators. By senior, we certainly do not mean old, but rather teachers who have been teaching in this school for five years and more!
The group was cooperative as they listened intently to the lectures and participated wholeheartedly to the exercises we conducted. Particular teachers were assigned to decorate the venue and to come up with the ambiance to bring the mood into a quieter and relaxed state.
