We use the experiential approach to learning and is filled with practical exercises that participants can do on their own when the need arises. These exercises are those that are currently used by some Fortune 500 companies, medical practitioners, quantum physicists, spiritual teachers and holistic healers. Some of these exercises and principles have been adjusted to the Philippine culture.

The word ‘wellness’ is extensively used in our society today.  But what is wellness really?

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence.

Wellness is thus, an ongoing journey of  seeking information on self improvement and making conscious decisions to keep in balance the
spiritual, physical, social, emotional, intellectual, environmental, & financial aspects of our lives.

OVERVIEW:

BASIC WELLNESS TRAINING COURSE

This course serves as an orientation to the essence of wellness and its connection to personal success using the Loving Abundance Formula (LAF). It lays the groundwork from which all other Wellness Dimension courses shall be based upon.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS

At the center of the wellness dimension wheel is the spiritual realm wherein lies the foundation of an individual’s belief system on life. Working and living in a Christian country, it is but natural that the belief system of the workforce is predominantly based on religious teachings and doctrines.  In recent years, however, studies have revealed how some of these religion-based belief systems have contributed to the proliferation of the victim mindset and the mindset of lack.

The Spiritual Wellness course aims to strengthen the belief in one’s own divinity as reflections of God or the Divine One, the Source of all abundance. It also intends to equip participants with tools to encourage development of the loving abundance mindset while redefining their purpose and mission in life.

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

The Emotional Wellness Dimension course goes beyond helping participants manage feelings. It reveals the power of emotions as that of a Guidance System.  The course also trains participants to use the power of the heart to vibrate positive energy and create inner balance. Studies made by the Institute of HeartMath reveal the vital importance of the heart’s influence to relieve stress, and offer user-friendly techniques for restoring balance in lives.  Participants will have the opportunity to learn some popular HeartMath techniques during the workshop.

CAREER WELLNESS

The general progression of one’s working life is essential in the balance of the heart, body, mind and spirit. According to studies, more than 60% of an individual’s life is spent at work. The remaining 40% is divided to various activities. Hence, the Career Wellness course provide participants with instruments to add value to every challenge presented in the workplace while keeping their inner motivation running.  It also highlights the appreciation process of the benefits offered by the company in one’s personal and professional growth.

SOCIAL WELLNESS

Relationships form a vital part of everyday existence and play an important role in customer satisfaction.  The course centers on ways to improve professional and personal relationships by using it as a gateway to release stress while developing better communication skills, listening skills, people skills, teambuilding skills and network building skills. It assists in helping define lines between professional and personal relationships easing out unnecessary tension.

INTELLECTUAL WELLNESS

Intellectual Wellness involves stimulating the left brain and right brain activity.  It facilitates the development of the intellectual wellness curiosity where one begins to see the beauty of everyday circumstance and eventually develop the habit of perceiving problems as blessings and opportunities rather than, as stumbling blocks.  The abundance mindset is further explored with dynamic exercises that encourage desire for more knowledge and the willingness to experiment on alternative creative expressions.

FINANCIAL WELLNESS

The Financial Wellness course encompasses the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical aspects of money.  Most often than not, many individuals are still subconsciously uncomfortable with money because of its image as that of the “root of all evil”.  This belief system has been identified in many studies abroad, as one of the main reasons why many shy away from developing their financial IQ.  The workshop aims to bring participants to a new level of awareness about money by being appreciative of where the money comes from, where it is going and how to compute and increase one’s net worth using the power of Gratitude Attitude.

PHYSICAL WELLNESS

Physical Wellness is the process of becoming aware of how the physical self serves as one of the indicators of the wellness level of the mind, heart and spirit.  The course focuses on the deeper understanding of how the physical body is designed to function according to belief systems. Physical exercises shall be used to demonstrate and emphasize points in the discussion.
